Q. What is your return policy?
A. All sales are final. Returns (upon approval) are credited towards your next Be Love . We do not refund overnight shipping charges. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within three days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept defective items at our discretion.

Q. How do I reach Customer Service?
A. Our Customer Service Hours are 9am to 5pm Pacific Time. We will be happy to answer any questions you have about our products. Our policy is to answer your questions within 24 hours or the next business day.

Q. With standard shipping procedures, how long will it take for my package to ship?
A. Depending on our inventory please expect 1-2 weeks for your package to be shipped. Please be patient as we find our feet in this new venture!

Q. Can I pay for specialty shipping?
A. We will be able to offer this as a standard service a little further down the line. For now if you have an order that needs to reach within a certain time frame, please contact us at sales@beloveforall.org to check what we have in our inventory for immediate shipping.

Q. Do you offer international shipping?
A. Yes we can ship internationally via USPS.

Q. What credit cards do you accept?
A. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
